Taking
the Internet to a new level in web design.
Planning Tips:
There are a few things
that you will need to think about before we start designing a web site
for you. Take a few minutes to think about each of the following and
write down your answers:

What will be the
purpose of your site? Do you want to share information, or sell
something, etc.

What will determine
"success" of the site for you?
- Look around at other sites. Find
some sites on the Internet that you like either the looks or how it
navigates and write down the URL (address) of the site.
- What can you offer on your site
that is not offered anywhere else on the Internet. In addition
to the purpose of your site if you can offer something, like a
"how-to", or other information, that no one else is
offering, this will help to create repeat visitors. Remember, there
are thousands and thousands of sites on the Internet all bidding for
the visitor's time. You need to have something that creates interest
and make the visitor want to come back to your site again.
- Think about what colors that you
like together that could be used on the web site.
